What's the "secret" to your success? |
"Confidence and competence - continuous self-learning and education is key." Aca shares.
"Also have discipline and structure is so important - time blocking is necessary to stop you from going down rabbit holes"
"Stop trying to do everything myself. Focus on your super power and find professionals to help streamline processes and do the things that you are not great at. Read "Who not How" by Dan Sullivan is a big help"

"Read "Good to Great" from Jim Collins and realize you can't do it all." she laughs.
"Trying to re-invent the wheel is a real hurdle for most business owners. This really slowed us down"
"Find a mentor and what works, streamline it and make it better"
And last but not least "take some time for yourself - focus on your health. Mediation and yoga works great for me. Get good sleep!!" |
